ANNANDALE
Covid lockdowns caused many challenges however with zoom, this project came out a treat. Featured in the HIA Housing Magazine May 2022 the home’s transformation was classified a huge success with AMBP Interior design service and build skills delivering a beautiful family home.
The clients were unable to see any samples in real life and trusted the process with providing their must haves and reviewing over zoom. The home was delivered with a high end product that created a lot of interest and in turn, the clients couldn’t pass up the opportunity to sell the home as soon as it was completed.
Drummoyne
This home, with its many rooms, needed an infusion of natural light. Our interior design service crafted a well-thought-out floor plan, offering options tailored to the family’s lifestyle. One major issue was the laundry, which was only accessible from outside.
By reconfiguring the kitchen, we not only added a walk-through pantry but also relocated the laundry to a more convenient spot within the home’s central hub. This redesign not only improved accessibility but also enhanced the functionality and flow of the home, creating a brighter, more cohesive living space that truly meets the family’s needs.
BIRCHGROVE
This tired home needed some TLC to bring it back to life. We ticked off our client’s wish list with new flooring, fresh paint, and a staircase handrail featuring LED lighting.
For the growing family, we added thoughtful storage solutions, including a new walk-in robe and built-ins in the bedrooms, which added value and decluttered the large spaces. The bathrooms, outdated with small showers and vanities from the 80s, were cleverly reconfigured to include a second basin, shaving cabinet, and a much-requested walk-in shower. The laundry, originally in the guest bathroom, was transformed into a usable European-style laundry with a separate private bathroom. This change, along with a redesigned galley-style kitchen, ensured the space felt open and functional without being overly bulky. The result was a beautifully transformed home!
